Custom Catering participates in the March of Dimes Celebrity Chefs Chairman's Dinner at the East Side Marriott in NYC on December 3, 2009. They were joined by Miss USA.

Custom Catering participates in the March of Dimes 12th Annual Signature Chefs Auction & Gala at Oheka Castle in Huntington on October 5, 2009. Guests were raving about the Surf & Turf Ciabatta bites. Delish!

Custom Catering showed off at The Super Bowl of Networking Events at Osprey's Dominion in Peconic on January 30, 2010. Good food, wine and friends.
