Custom Catering offers a completely custom and personalized experience to our bridal clients. It is important to us that the day is reflective of you both, your relationship, and your vision. That can include but is not limited to, the menu, specialty cocktails, completely themed events, and more. We will create a custom menu with what you really want for your wedding... because it's your affair.
When it comes to creating your menu, we start with a blank canvas. It is not about a beef, chicken and fish or Package A or B. There is nothing cookie cutter about our creative passion for what we do and it is rare that any two events are exactly the same. We want to be in the know… we start with an interview where we exchange ideas and really find out your likes and favorite foods. Then we create a menu and tweak it until it is exactly what you want for your special day. We will also honor family traditions or recipes if you like.
